Responsibilities
Workshop facilitation & audience insights
A leadership role in the facilitation of multiple multidisciplinary workshops, working closely with data, strategy, creative, CX, design and technology teams. Overseeing the distillation of pre existing audience definition work to provide audience insights.
Visual brand development
Leading the creation of an iterative brand design process evolving with the requirements of the innovation. Art directing the presentation of Knead through tone and photography that reflects a strong sense of community and fulfilment.
Demonstrating the experience vision
Creation of relatable user scenarios where Knead can play a role in the form of products or services in the community. Creation of an experience narrative and design in the form of an easy to understand ‘How it works’ film.
